Photography
I am a self-taught photographer and digital imagery artist. My digital art always start with a photograph. I find both photography and the experimental imagery a passion. I hope to have enough top level art to show in a gallery or publish in a table top book.
My favorite genres of photography would be musicians, animals and candid shots of people in general every day life situations. Off guard moments are the best in my opinion and always seem to render the best results, appeal and emotional effect to the viewer.
In the wonderful world of art it is the viewer who must be prompted to form thier own view of the image, it's meaning or it's intent. The viewer eyes, collecting color, emotion, depth and composition of the image and immediately forming it's personal signifiance to the soul.
As an artist I feel imagery is universal, it needs only the language of the heart and the complexity of the left and right spheres of the brain to comprehend. An effortless process with immediate result no matter the nationality, religion or educational background. It's visual "comfort food".
